Please read over the terms, conditions and booking procedures of your Choose Your Getaway Express offer. Terms and conditions are also listed below for your convenience. The first step in the program is to fully complete the Registration Activation Form and mail it to the address provided on the form along with a check for the applicable activation fee for your selection. This must be done within 30 days of the issue date indicated on your Registration Activation Form and is determined by the postmark on your return envelope. Step 2 – Be on the lookout for your Welcome Aboard Email and Book your Travel
Upon receipt of your Registration Activation Form and the appropriate program fee, the Travel Service Center will email you detailed information on how you may make your reservations. A minimum of 60 days is required to process your request, the exception being the Ultimate Cruise offer which requires a minimum of 90 days. All taxes and fees will be collected at the time of reservations. Surcharges may also apply.

ALL-INCLUSIVE ESCAPE TERMS AND CONDTIONS:
1. This promotional offer requires payment of fees and taxes and should not be considered free travel. This offer will guarantee savings off comparable published retail rates. Maximum savings are obtained when using available promotional inventory.
2. The All-Inclusive Escape offer is valid for two adults and provides resort accommodation for 4 days and 3 nights. The All-Inclusive Escape offer expires 12 months from the activation date and travel must be completed within that period. To be eligible for this offer, both travelers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. For travel outside of the United States, U.S. citizens must have a valid passport to travel. Passports should be valid for at least six months after your return date. Each traveler is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents.
3. To activate your All-Inclusive Escape offer, you must complete the Registration Activation Form and return it via U.S. mail along with a non-refundable $50.00 Registration Activation Fee within 30 days of the Issue Date. This is determined by the postmark date on your return envelope. After we receive and process your Registration Activation Form and payment, you will receive a Welcome Aboard email with instructions on how to request travel. The Registration Activation Fee of $50.00 is nonrefundable and is used for account creation and to procure and reserve promotional inventory.
4. All reservation requirements of this offer must be met. A minimum of 60 days advance notice is required for your preferred travel date and destination, and you must also provide a second travel date at least 30 days after your preferred date. Travel requests must avoid blackout periods, and travel is not permitted on, seven days before, or seven days after the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Requests that do not meet these requirements will not be approved. Travel requests are assigned to a reservation agent 45–60 days prior to the requested date, and the agent will provide available options along with all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges at that time.
5. Travelers are responsible for but not limited to, hotel taxes, resort fees, and gratuities of approximately $60 per person per day. Seasonal and availability surcharges may apply. These fees must be paid at time of booking by a valid credit card. Cancellation or change penalties, if permitted, will apply once your reservation has been confirmed. Peak seasons are based on the activities and events specific to certain properties/destinations. Some properties/destinations may have more than one peak season. Promotional availability will be limited during peak seasons. Airline tickets, airport transfers, parking, and other miscellaneous expenses are not included. All taxes, fees, and applicable surcharges will not be refunded for any reason once reservations have been made. Rescheduling is not permitted.
6. An email account or access to an email account is a requirement to use this program. Important and time sensitive communications such as the Welcome Aboard email, travel quotes and payment authorization will need to be sent electronically through email. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this requirement.
7. Upon receipt and processing of your Registration Activation Form/payment, a Welcome Aboard email will be sent to you containing instructions on how to request travel dates/locations. Please be sure to check your junk or spam folders. It is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive this Welcome Aboard email. Unfortunately, an offer cannot be extended for non-receipt of this email.
8. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Reservations, once confirmed, are non-refundable and changes are not permitted. If you are interested in adding this valuable protection, please inquire with your agent at the time of booking. If you fail to purchase travel insurance, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. It is important that you do not make any other travel arrangements until you have received a confirmation of your reservation from the Travel Service Center.
9. All vacation offers are subject to the Travel Service Center’s availability and promotional inventory. Travel Service Center reserves the right to substitute the components of these vacation offers including but not limited to itineraries and destinations. Only one All-Inclusive Escape offer per household may be used in a 12-month period. This offer is not valid for groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional travel package or discount. This offer may only be transferred after activation with the payment of a transfer fee and at the discretion of the Travel Service Center.
10. This offer is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary consideration, resold and cannot be reproduced. This promotional offer is considered void if bartered at any time or sold to the end user or if not paid by the primary issuing merchant or distributor.

RESORT GETAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

2. The Resort Getaway offer is valid for two adults for a one-week (7 night) condominium stay in over 85 resort destinations. Some properties may accommodate up to 2 children under the age of 18. Check-in is typically on a Saturday or Sunday, depending on the property, unless advised differently by your agent. The Resort Getaway offer expires 12 months from the activation date and travel must be completed by that date. To be
eligible for this offer, the primary traveler must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. Offer valid for residents of the United States and Canada only. For travel outside of the United States, U.S. citizens must have a valid passport to travel. Passports should be valid for at least six months after your return date. Non-U.S. citizens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documentation. Each traveler is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents.

The Registration Activation Fee of $100.00 is non-refundable and is used for account creation and to procure and reserve promotional inventory.

The agent will email options based on availability along with all taxes, fees, and any applicable surcharges that are due.
5. Travelers are responsible for charges in excess of this offer, such as, but not limited to, taxes, usage fees starting from $449, upgrade fees as well as any applicable surcharges or incidentals. Upgrade fees will apply for premium destinations and other preferred destinations. Usage fees cover the standard basic fees imposed by all resorts. Individual resorts reserve the right to collect additional fees specific to their resort or region. Resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean may require the purchase of an all-inclusive food & beverage package from the resort at time of check-in. This offer is subject to seasonal surcharges. Peak seasons are based on the activities and events available to each specific resort area. Some resort areas may have more than one peak season. ULTIMATE CRUISE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

2. This Ultimate Cruise offer is valid for a 3, 4, 5 or 7-night cruise for two adults (double occupancy required). Accommodations are an entry-level, inside cabin. Upgrades to higher category inside, ocean view or balcony are available for an additional charge. The Ultimate Cruise offer expires 12 months from your activation date and travel must be confirmed and booked by that date. To be eligible for this offer, passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. Travelers need proof of citizenship in the form of a valid passport. U.S. resident aliens need an Alien Resident Card. Non-U.S. aliens need a valid passport and valid U.S. Multiple Reentry Visa. U.S. resident aliens and non-U.S. aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documents. Offer valid for residents of the United States and Canada only.

5. Travelers will be required to pay a per person cruise fulfillment fee, cruise line NCF’s (port charges) and government taxes/fees. Approximate amount due at time of booking for these fees range between $325 - $525 per person. Cruises departing from ports other than Miami, Port Canaveral, or Los Angeles are subject to additional port surcharges due to limited availability. Premium ships/cruise lines/itineraries, when available, are subject to additional surcharges. Cruise line fuel surcharges are additional if applicable. These fees must be paid immediately via credit card to confirm your reservation. Sailings are available on selected dates with an additional charge per person for high and peak season, when available. This offer is not applicable for holiday sailings. Rates for third or fourth person in your cabin, when available, must be purchased through Travel Service Center at the published brochure rate from the specific cruise.
