Getaway USA
The Getaway USA offer provides hotel accommodations for two adults for three days and two nights at select hotels throughout the United States.

Arrival date must be a minimum of 30 (we strongly suggest at least 45) and a maximum of 60 days in advance. The more advance time you provide, the better the hotel availability. There may be certain times that no hotels are available at your destination and/or on your desired dates of travel. We suggest you provide at least 2 choices of dates and destinations.

FAQs
Q: What should I do after receiving the Getaway USA Activation Form?
A: Activate your offer by sending in your Getaway USA Activation Form and your $50 activation fee to Getaway USA mailing address in Tampa, FL. Within approximately two weeks, you will then receive a Welcome Aboard email with instructions on how to book your Getaway hotel stay. This email will contain your activation number and activation date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email for the Welcome Aboard email when looking for it.
Q: Can I bring children?
A: Yes, but the hotel room will accommodate 2 adults and 2 children only.
Q: What do I have to pay?
A: You must pay the activation fee and hotel taxes. Parking fees, resort fees and your own incidentals, if applicable, are your responsibility and must be paid at the hotel front desk.
Q: How much are the taxes?
A: The taxes will vary according to your destination, but are typically 10% to 16% of the retail room rate.
Q: What hotel is it?
A: We typically source from Holiday Inn hotels or the Choice Hotels through our promotional availability, but any hotel maintaining at least 3 stars on TripAdvisor.com may be offered. Please research the property at the time of confirmation so you can verify that it meets your preferences.
Q: Is airfare included?
A: No, you have to provide your own transportation to the selected destination.
Q: Can I stay extra nights?
A: You can and that is approximately $99 a night. Please let your booking agent know when you place your travel request. Once availability is confirmed, they will provide you with an exact rate.
Q: What is the $50 for?
A: Your deposit goes to secure hotel inventory so that we can offer it at a discounted rate.
Q: When will I get the refundable portion of my activation fee back?
A: You must request your refund in writing at any time prior to the expiration date, before confirming reservations or within 30 days of completion of travel. The offer is no longer valid once the refund is issued. The refund request should be mailed to: Getaway USA Refunds, 13014 N Dale Mabry Hwy #2, Tampa, FL 33618. Alternatively, your refund request may be emailed to: getawayrefunds@travelpromotionsfaq.com. Refund checks will be emailed approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the request is received. Please note, promotional reservation policies and procedures must be met. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the refund.
Q: How long do I have to use it?
A: You have a year to use it from the date on the activation letter you will be receiving from us.
Q: What do I do if I don't know my dates or destination?
A: Simply send in your Registration Activation Form with your activation fee. When you are ready to reserve your hotel stay, just give us a minimum of 60 days before you want to travel.
Q: Where are the hotels located in relation to the destinations offered?
A: The hotels are typically located in the city you choose or in the surrounding area. We cannot guarantee that the hotels are in city centers. Please note these destinations are subject to change and may not be available depending on the season, our available promotional inventory and/or special events occurring at that destination.
