Step 1 – Activate Your Offer
Activation Fee: $50.00
Please review the terms and conditions of this offer on this page. Complete the Registration Activation Form and send it to the address below with a $50 activation fee in the form of a check or money order. Please ensure payments are made payable to Getaway USA. The Getaway USA Activation Form must be mailed and postmarked within 30 days of the issue date for the offer to be valid. The activation fee is refundable on request, less a $15 processing fee.

Step 2 - Be on the Lookout for your Welcome Aboard Email
Once we receive your Registration Activation Form and $50 activation fee, you will receive a Welcome Aboard email from the Getaway USA team. This email provides the activation number and the activation date for your offer. The offer expires exactly one year from the activation date. Please allow 2 weeks from your mailing date to receive this email. 

Step 3 - Book Your Travel
Included in your Welcome Aboard email is the Getaway Reservation Desk telephone number. Before calling, please be sure to have a travel date in mind that provides at least 30-day advance notice and is not more than 60 days in advance. Peak travel seasons should be avoided. Major U.S. federal holidays and the days before and after are not available. Refund requests must be made in writing at any time prior to the expiration date, before confirming reservations or within 30 days of completion of travel.  The refund request should be mailed to Getaway USA Refunds, 13014 N Dale Mabry Hwy #2, Tampa, FL 33618. Alternatively, your refund request may be emailed to getawayrefunds@travelpromotionsfaq.com.  Refunds will be mailed approximately three to four weeks after the request is received. 

This offer is valid for two adults and up to two children.  Hotels offered are similar to Holiday Inn and Choice brand hotels and will vary based on promotional allotment. The offer is for three day and two nights, but additional nights may be added during the reservation process for a fee, depending on availability. An additional night is approximately $99. although these rates will vary based on destination, date and demand. Please remember the offer is for room rate only. Taxes, resort fees and incidentals, if applicable, are the responsibility of the traveler. The taxes will vary according to your destination--but usually run 10% to 16% of the room rate.


Arrival date must be a minimum of 30 (we strongly suggest at least 45) and a maximum of 60 days in advance. The more advance time you provide, the better the hotel availability. There may be certain times that no hotels are available at your destination and/or on your desired dates of travel. We suggest you provide at least 2 choices of dates and destinations.

FAQs
Q: What should I do after receiving the Getaway USA Activation Form?
A: Activate your offer by sending in your Getaway USA Activation Form and your $50 activation fee to Getaway USA mailing address in Tampa, FL. Within approximately two weeks, you will then receive a Welcome Aboard email with instructions on how to book your Getaway hotel stay. This email will contain your activation number and activation date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email for the Welcome Aboard email when looking for it.

Q: Can I bring children?
A: Yes, but the hotel room will accommodate 2 adults and 2 children only.

Q: What do I have to pay?
A: You must pay the activation fee and hotel taxes. Parking fees, resort fees and your own incidentals, if applicable, are your responsibility and must be paid at the hotel front desk.

Q: How much are the taxes?
A: The taxes will vary according to your destination, but are typically 10% to 16% of the retail room rate.

Q: What hotel is it?
A: We typically source from Holiday Inn hotels or the Choice Hotels through our promotional availability, but any hotel maintaining at least 3 stars on TripAdvisor.com may be offered. Please research the property at the time of confirmation so you can verify that it meets your preferences. 

Q: Is airfare included?
A: No, you have to provide your own transportation to the selected destination.

Q: Can I stay extra nights?
A: You can and that is approximately $99 a night. Please let your booking agent know when you place your travel request. Once availability is confirmed, they will provide you with an exact rate.

Q: What is the $50 for?
A: Your deposit goes to secure hotel inventory so that we can offer it at a discounted rate.

Q: When will I get the refundable portion of my activation fee back?
A: You must request your refund in writing at any time prior to the expiration date, before confirming reservations or within 30 days of completion of travel. The offer is no longer valid once the refund is issued. The refund request should be mailed to: Getaway USA Refunds, 13014 N Dale Mabry Hwy #2, Tampa, FL 33618. Alternatively, your refund request may be emailed to: getawayrefunds@travelpromotionsfaq.com. Refund checks will be emailed approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the request is received. Please note, promotional reservation policies and procedures must be met. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the refund.


Q: How long do I have to use it?
A: You have a year to use it from the date on the activation letter you will be receiving from us.

Q: What do I do if I don't know my dates or destination?
A: Simply send in your Registration Activation Form with your activation fee.  When you are ready to reserve your hotel stay, just give us a minimum of 60 days before you want to travel.


Q: Where are the hotels located in relation to the destinations offered?
A: The hotels are typically located in the city you choose or in the surrounding area.  We cannot guarantee that the hotels are in city centers. Please note these destinations are subject to change and may not be available depending on the season, our available promotional inventory and/or special events occurring at that destination.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotional offer requires payment of fees and taxes and should not be considered free travel. This offer will guarantee savings off comparable published retail rates. Maximum savings are obtained when using available promotional inventory. 

2. The Getaway USA offer is valid for a two-night hotel stay for two adults. The majority of the properties will allow up to two children under the age of 18 in the same room. The Stay USA offer expires 12 months from the activation date and travel must be completed within that period. Both nights must be used consecutively and cannot be split. The primary traveler listed on the Registration Activation Form must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. 

3. To activate your Getaway USA offer, you must complete the Registration Activation Form and return it via U.S. mail along with the $50.00 Registration Activation Fee within 30 days of the issue date. This is determined by the postmark date on your return envelope. The Registration Activation Fee of $50.00 is refundable minus a $15 service fee which is used for account creation and to procure and reserve promotional inventory. 

4. All reservation requirements of this offer must be met. Once your Registration Activation Form and payment are received and processed, a Welcome Aboard email will be sent to you providing detailed booking information along with a Reservation Request Form. When you receive your Reservation Request Form and are ready to travel, you may proceed to submit your destination choice and date of travel. This request must be received at least 60 days before your departure date. A Getaway USA agent will email you approximately 30-45 days prior to your travel date to discuss availability and options. This offer is valid for Monday through Wednesday arrivals. This offer is not valid on major holidays and a full 7 days before or after a major holiday. Major holidays include New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas. 

5. Hotels offered in this program are similar to the Choice Hotels brand. The hotels offered may be in the city you choose or in the surrounding areas and will have a minimum three-star review on TripAdvisor. Taxes are NOT included in the offer and will vary by destination but are typically $12.00 to $15.00 per night. Taxes are due at the time of reservation. This offer is for hotel accommodations only and does not include surcharges, transportation, resort/amenity fees, parking/cleaning fees, meals, or other miscellaneous fees. Accommodations for extra nights and/or guests may be available for an additional fee. Surcharges may apply for peak season(s), weekends, and upgraded accommodations. Promotional availability is limited during peak seasons and weekends. Special events occurring at destinations may impact availability. Sorry, no pets. The fulfillment company reserves the right to substitute alternative destinations at any time. 

6. A refund of your activation fee may be requested in writing within 45 days of completion of travel with a hotel receipt showing a zero balance, or if you choose not to travel, you may request a refund of your activation fee at any time prior to your offer’s expiration date. Unclaimed activation fees shall be retained and applied toward ongoing program servicing, administration, and fulfillment activities, including but not limited to customer support, reservation processing, program maintenance, and related operational expenses. Such fees are not refundable after the applicable refund period has expired. This hotel stay promotional offer is considered void once a refund has been requested. Please mail refund requests to the following address: Getaway USA - Refunds, 13014 N. Dale Mabry Hwy. #2, Tampa FL 33618. Refunds will be mailed approximately three weeks after request is received. Requests for refunds may also be emailed to refunds@travelservicectr.com. 

7. An email account or access to an email account is a requirement to use this program. Important and time sensitive communications such as travel quotes and payment authorization will need to be sent electronically through email. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this requirement. Upon receipt and processing of your Registration Activation Form/payment, a Welcome Aboard email will be sent to you containing instructions on how to book your travel. Please be sure to check your junk or spam folders. It is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive this Welcome Aboard email. Unfortunately, an offer cannot be extended for non-receipt of this email.

8. Travel insurance is recommended. If you choose to decline this valuable protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. Travel Insurance is offered by Travel Service Center. It is important that you do not make any other travel arrangements until you have received a confirmation of your reservation from Travel Service Center. 

9. All vacation offers are subject to Travel Service Center’s availability and promotional inventory. Travel Service Center reserves the right to substitute the components of these vacation offers including but not limited to itineraries and destinations. Only one travel/vacation offer per household may be used in a 12-month period. This offer is not valid for groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional travel package or discount. 

10. This offer is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary consideration, resold and cannot be reproduced. This promotional offer is considered void if bartered at any time or sold to the end user or if not paid by the primary issuing merchant or distributor. 

11. By participating in this vacation offer the end user agrees that Travel Service Center will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitation, compensation, or consequential damages, either in contract or in tort, by either persons or property, arising out of this offer or in connection therewith or by misrepresentation by a third party. 

12. Travel Service Center is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond its control causing your travel to become unavailable.

13. Travel Service Center reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time or change these terms and conditions without notice. These terms and conditions cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant or representative of any unauthorized person(s). No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this offer. All terms of this offer must be met, or the offer will be voided. Incentive Offer expires two years from revision date located on the Registration Activation Form. Customer service is only available in English. 

Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without reference to conflicts of laws or choice of law rules. All legal actions relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located within Hillsborough County, Florida. These offers are fulfilled by the Travel Service Center.
