Step 1 – Activate Your Offer
Activation Fee: $20.00

Please read over the terms, conditions and booking procedures of your Dollars Off Deal offer. Completely fill out the Registration Activation 
Form and mail it along with the $20 non-refundable activation fee to the Travel Service Center.   

Upon receipt and processing of your Registration Activation Form and payment, a Reservation Request Form will be sent to you containing instructions on how to book your travel. Expect this email within approximately two weeks of the date you mailed your Registration Activation Form.

Step 2 – Submit Your Travel Request
Once your Reservation Request Form is received you may proceed to book your resort.  Please be reminded to review the terms and conditions (listed below) before submission. Once your request has been accepted and assigned to a booking agent, you will be provided with available resort options.

Confirm up to three individual reservations and save up to $1,500 at select all-inclusive resorts in Mexico & the Caribbean. The discount for each reservation is approximately 10% off the resort’s lowest “rack” or published rate (excluding taxes). The maximum discount for each reservation is $500.

Q: What is included in the Dollars Off Deal?
A: This promotional offer entitles the recipient to discounted rates at select all-inclusive resorts located in Mexico and the Caribbean.

Q: When does my offer expire? 
A: You must complete all travel within 24 months of your Registration Activation date.

Q: How much of a discount will I receive?
A: The discounted savings for each booking is approximately 10% off the resort’s lowest “rack” or published rate (excluding taxes). For example, if the published rate at an all-inclusive resort for seven nights is $3,000, your approximate discount would be $300. The maximum discount for a single reservation is $500.

Q: Can I use the offer more than once? 
A: Yes. You may confirm a maximum of three individual reservations within the allotted time frame. The maximum savings for all three reservations is $1,500.

Q: Is there an age requirement to use this offer?
A: The primary travelers must be at least 21 years of age.

Q: Can I bring my children or other guests?
A: Some rooms may be able to accommodate up to 4 people.

Q: Can I confirm multiple rooms for the same travel dates?
A: If available, you may confirm multiple rooms at the discounted rate. Each room confirmed is counted as an individual reservation (up to a maximum of three total).

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum stay requirement? 
A: Yes. There is a three-night minimum and ten-night maximum stay requirement.

Q: Is proof of citizenship required? 
A: Yes. U.S. citizens need a valid passport. U.S. resident aliens need an Alien Resident Card. Non-U.S. aliens need a valid passport and a valid U.S. Multiple Re-Entry Visa. U.S. resident aliens and non-U.S. aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documents.

Q: Does the offer include airfare or ground transportation?
A: No, this offer does not include airfare or any ground transportation. However, Travel Service Center can assist you with optional airfare, hotel transfers, and/or sightseeing tours.

Q: How do I activate my offer?
A: After you have reviewed the terms of the offer, fully complete the Registration Activation Form and mail it along with your Registration Activation Fee to the address provided on the form. It normally takes 10-15 business days to process your Registration Activation Form and Registration Fee once it has been received. Any forms that are incomplete or forms that are received with insufficient funds will be returned and may delay the registration process.

Q: Is the Registration Fee refundable?
A: No, the Registration Fee is non-refundable.

Q: I have mailed my Registration Activation Form along with the Registration Fee. What is the next step?
A: Once we have received and processed your Registration Activation Form and Registration Fee, we will email you a Welcome Aboard letter in approximately 10-15 business days. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail folders in addition to your inbox for this email. When you are ready to submit your request, click on the link contained in the email to access the travel request form. Please be sure to review the terms again before submitting your request.

Q: Do I have to provide advance notice when I submit my travel request?
A: Yes, we must receive your travel request form a minimum of 45 days in advance of your requested date.

Q: When will I be contacted once I’ve submitted my travel request?
A: Our reservation agents will contact you a minimum of 30-45 days prior to your requested date.

Q: Am I guaranteed to receive my requested travel dates?
A: Unfortunately, no. Our reservation agents will try their best to accommodate your first request. It is important that you do not purchase airline tickets or leave for your vacation until you have received written confirmation from the Travel Service Center.

Q: Are there any blackout dates?
A: No, there are no blackout dates.

Q: Can I request a specific resort or chain?
A: Yes, you may request a specific resort or chain; however, Travel Service Center cannot guarantee availability for the promotional offer.

Q: Can I cancel or change my reservation once it has been confirmed?
A: Reservations are typically non-refundable and cannot be changed once it has been confirmed. In the event you are able to cancel or change your reservations, penalties may apply. Travel Service Center highly recommends that you purchase optional travel protection insurance.

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional offer requires payment of fees and should not be considered free travel. This offer entitles the recipients to discounted rates at select all-inclusive resorts located in Mexico and the Caribbean.

2. To be eligible for this offer, travelers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. Offer is valid for U.S. and Canadian residents only. U.S. citizens need a valid passport. U.S. resident aliens need an Alien Resident Card. Non-U.S. aliens need a valid passport and valid U.S. Multiple Re-Entry Visa. U.S. resident aliens and non-U.S. aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documents.

3. You have 24 months from your activation date to complete all travel. Travel request forms must be received at least 45 days in advance of your requested arrival date. There is a three night minimum and ten night maximum stay requirement. The offer is only valid for one room per reservation. You may confirm a maximum of three individual reservations before the offer expires.

4. This offer is for discounted accommodations at select all-inclusive resorts and does not include airfare, ground transportation, optional tours or any other miscellaneous expenses. However, Travel Service Center can assist you with airfare, hotel transfers, optional sightseeing tours, and/or additional rooms.

5. The discounted savings for each booking is approximately 10% off the resort’s lowest “rack” or published rate (excluding taxes). For example, if the published rate at an all-inclusive resort for seven nights is $3,000, your approximate discount would be $300. The maximum savings for a single reservation is $500. The maximum savings for all three reservations is $1,500. Some rooms may be able to accommodate up to 4 people. Please provide the legal names as shown on a valid passport as well as the ages at time of travel for
all guests. All discounted rates provided are in USD and are collected at time of reservation.

6. Registration fee of $20.00 is non-refundable and is used for account creation/servicing and for enrollment in the Preferred Customer Benefit Program.

7. An email account or access to an email account is a requirement to use this program. Important and time sensitive communications such as travel quotes and payment authorization will need to be sent electronically through email. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this requirement. Upon receipt and
processing of your Registration Activation Form/payment, a Welcome Aboard email will be sent to you containing instructions on how to book your travel. Please be sure to check your junk or spam folders. It is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive this Welcome Aboard email. Unfortunately, an offer cannot be extended for non-receipt of this email.

8. Travel insurance is highly recommended. If you choose to decline this valuable protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. It is important that you do not leave for your vacation until you have received written confirmation.

9. Cancellation and change fees may apply once your reservation has been booked and confirmed for any of the available offers. All travelers are also required to abide by the cancellation and refund policies as outlined by the specific hotel, airline or cruise line.

10. All vacation offers are subject to the fulfillment company’s availability and promotional inventory. Travel Service Center reserves the right to substitute the components of these vacation offers including, but not limited to itineraries and destinations. Only one travel/vacation offer per household may be used in a 24-month period. This offer is not valid for groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional travel package or discount. This offer is non-transferable.

11. This offer is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary consideration, resold and cannot be reproduced. This promotional offer is considered void if bartered at any time or sold to the end user or if not
paid by the primary issuing merchant or distributor that purchased directly from Travel Service Center.

12. By participating in this vacation offer the end user agrees that the fulfillment company will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitation, compensation or consequential damages, either in contract or in tort, by either persons or property, arising out of this offer or in connection
therewith or by misrepresentation by a third party.

13. Travel Service Center is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond its control causing your travel to become unavailable.

14. The fulfillment company reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time or change these terms and conditions without notice. These terms and conditions are final and cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant or representative of any unauthorized person(s). No other representations, oral or
otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this offer. All terms of this offer must be met or the offer will be voided. 
 Customer service is only available in English.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the state of Florida, without reference to conflicts of laws or choice of law rules. All legal actions relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located within Hillsborough County, Florida. These offers are fulfilled by the Travel Service Center.
